Adult alternative singer/songwriter Ross Copperman first gained attention for his music while attending college at James Madison University in his native Virginia. Inspired by such Brit-rock artists as U2, Radiohead, Muse, and Oasis, Copperman eventually signed with the U.K. label Phonogenic/RCA Records. He released his debut album, Welcome to Reality, in 2007.
